| When do we Ship?
Orders that are received before 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time are processed the same day and are shipped out the next day.
Store Radius Delivery
We will call you to schedule the time for the product to be delivered. Please have a valid identification (example: Drivers License) ready. In a case where a second attempt is required, an additional $10 will be charged.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final, no returns. Exchanges are only made for faulty hardware. No exchanges are made for cosmetics issues.
